Fierceness comes from a true desire to fight back against a system that is oftentimes unfairly administered to those in need. Having spent most of my decades-long career as a public defender at the Legal Aid Society in Bronx County, I bring more than just legal knowledge. I bring a true passion to fight back.

What is experience?

Experience is more than a number of years. It is the passion behind believing in what you are doing. After working at O’Melvey and Myers LLP, a high-stakes litigation firm, I knew I wanted to take my trial advocacy skills and knowledge of the legal system, and combine them not to help banks and cooperations make money, but to fight for the little guy who feels like the scales are tipped against them.

Career Accomplishments

In the course of my criminal defense career, I have defended +3,000 clients, ranging from misdemeanor trespass and turnstile jumping, to Felony drunk driving, robbery, gun possession, rape and murder. I have obtained thousands of dismissals, and numerous not guilty verdicts, and will be your ally in navigating the criminal justice system and obtaining the best results for you.
